In 2003 we built our beautiful dome. DOTA members collaborated to bring it about and LVT Dave made it right in his garage. Having our 30' diameter dome really helped DOTA create a presence on the Esplanade and gave our camp a more beautiful face as we adorned it with the eyes of Buddha and hand sewn prayer flags, in keeping with that year's theme, Beyond Belief. With each passing year the dome has changed and evolved. Now it serves as a shady cool place where you can lounge or partake of classes, workshops, and intimate concerts during the day. At night the white fabric enclosure transforms into a colorful dance space for bands, sound art and multimedia performances. And as always, you are invited to hang out on the trampoline in the sky!
